Order Processing and Shipping
Splurge accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
Orders are typically processed the same day. If the order is placed by 1pm Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the next day. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been place, it can not be cancelled for any reason. If you decide you do not want the order any longer, you will receive a store credit, if the order has not shipped out yet and it was not on final sale. Once the order has shipped, it is up to you to handle to return.
Shipping and Store Pickups
Splurge ships any orders over $200 for free. All orders under $200, will ship for a flat $8 to the 48 contiguous states (expected ship time is 3-5 days). We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
We use USPS, UPS and Fed Ex to ship. Expedited shipping is available. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.
Please allow 24 hours for processing. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup for store pickup options.
We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Splurge, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return.
All return packages must be received within 14 days from the date of receiving your order in the mail. Please include if you would like a refund, to exchange for a different size or would like a store credit.
Please ship all returns back to: Splurge c/o Returns 7232 Halcyon Park Drive Montgomery, AL 36117.
Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment or in the form of a Splurge store credit which can be used online only.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All sale items are final sale.
Undergarments, Boobez, Jewelry, Headbands, and any Special Orders are final sale.
You cannot return or exchange if:
It has been more than 14 days since the date your package arrived.
If your purchase was on clearance.
If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
If the original tags are not attached.
Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
