Returns
We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Splurge, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. All returns will go back to your original form of payment or a store credit which can be used only online. When returning an item, please specify which you would like.
All return packages must be mailed back within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package back to Splurge.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or a store credit which can be used only online, MINUS the cost you paid for shipping or MINUS $8 if you received Free Shipping on us.
All SALE items are FINAL sale.
Undergarments, Gift Cards, Boobez, Jewelry, Headbands, and any Special Orders are FINAL sale.
Gift Cards are non-transferable.
All returns will be shipped back to: Splurge c/o Returns 7228 Halcyon Park Drive Montgomery, AL 36117.
You will be in charge of shipping back your return on your own.
Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment or in the form of a Splurge store credit which can be used online only.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancel order requests. We will try to cancel upon request only if the package has not already been packaged up to be shipped out yet and/or it was not a special order or preorder. All canceled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
You cannot return or exchange if:
It has been more than 14 days since the date your package arrived.
If your purchase was on clearance sale.
If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
If the original tags are not attached.
Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be rejected and it will be up to the customer to pay for shipping to have the order returned to them.
